• How do guests join? Every room has a 6-character invite code and a QR code. Guests scan the QR or open the shared link, enter a name, and start contributing photos — no app download or account required.
• Where do I enter my code? On the web, go to the guest page and type it in. In the iOS app, tap “Join with Code” on the home screen — or scan the QR code directly from the join screen.
• The code isn’t working.Codes are 6 letters and numbers, and capitalisation doesn’t matter. If it still fails, ask the couple to re-share it — the room may have been deleted.

• Who can see my photos? Only members of the wedding room you shared them in. Photos are never public.
• Is there a photo limit? Each room currently includes 50 shared photos. Larger tiers are coming after launch.
• Can I save photos?Yes — open any photo in the iOS app and choose “Save to Photos”.

• Where do I manage my wedding? Room owners manage settings, places, the schedule, and the invitation list in the Bouquet iOS app, or from the web dashboard.
• Can I message my guests?Yes — the “Notify guests” screen in the iOS app sends a push notification to everyone in your room: countdowns, RSVP reminders, schedule changes, or a custom message.
• How do RSVPs work?Guests are asked to RSVP when they join and can change their answer until the wedding day. You’ll see responses, plus-ones, and notes in your invitation list.

• How do I delete my room? Delete the room from the iOS app — all photos, RSVPs, places, and schedule data are permanently removed.
• How do I delete my account?In the iOS app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and data. You can also email us and we’ll take care of it.
