Terms of Service

Last updated: July 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of Bouquet. By creating a room, joining a room, or otherwise using the app or website, you agree to these terms.

Using Bouquet

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to create an account. You are responsible for the content you upload and for keeping your account secure. You agree not to misuse the service, including by uploading unlawful content, infringing others’ rights, attempting to access rooms you were not invited to, or disrupting the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you and the members of your wedding room. Room owners are responsible for who they invite and for the content their guests contribute.

Photo limits and tiers

Rooms include a set number of shared photos (currently 50 per room), enforced server-side. Additional tiers with higher limits may be offered in the future. We may adjust limits or tiers with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bouquet to store or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or violates intellectual property or privacy rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Bouquet available and reliable but provide the service “as is” without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bouquet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content. Always keep your own backups of important photos.
